- Great balance and integration between the oak and fruit
- Food Pairing: fresh salads, seafood and Asia cuisine in general goes well, especially chicken or pork dishes or fuller seafood like crayfish / rock lobster as the oak age helps makes it more versatile with heavier dishes as well. Moreover, like the other Sauvignon Blanc wines feta pairs well.
